Quick answer
What is non-surgical chin enhancement?
Non-surgical chin enhancement uses hyaluronic acid filler or a calcium-based filler to add projection and length to the chin, sometimes with a small dose of botulinum toxin to relax a tense, dimpled chin muscle. It brings the chin into line with the nose and lips without an implant or incision.
In Seoul it is often planned together with jawline work so the lower face looks balanced from the side. If you mainly want to see what filler alone can do, our chin filler page explains the products in more detail.

Your visit
How Chin Enhancement works at Umi
Every visit is doctor-led and explained in English, from the first skin check to aftercare.
- Profile analysis
The doctor checks your side profile, lip line and jaw to plan chin length and projection.
- Numbing & marking
Topical numbing and entry points marked; a cannula is often used to reduce bruising.
- Filler & optional toxin
Filler is placed deep on the bone in small amounts; toxin may soften a pebbly chin muscle.
- Aftercare
Avoid pressing or massaging the chin, alcohol and saunas for a few days.
Before & after
How chin enhancement balances the profile
Projection added at the chin point lengthens the lower face and makes the nose, lips and jaw read in better proportion.
New chin shape is visible, with some swelling.
Filler integrates and swelling settles.
Gradual softening; a top-up maintains the shape.

FAQ
Chin Enhancement questions
Is chin filler reversible?
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. Calcium-based fillers cannot be dissolved, so the doctor discusses the choice with you.
Will my chin look pointy?
The goal is a natural, proportionate chin. The doctor adds small amounts and checks the profile from several angles before finishing.
Can I fly after chin enhancement?
Yes. Flying a day or two after treatment is generally fine; slight swelling does not prevent travel.
Does it hurt?
Most people feel pressure rather than pain. Numbing and lidocaine-containing filler keep it comfortable.
Do foreigners pay more?
No. International patients pay the same price as local patients at Umi Clinic.
