Laser treatment questions
Is Ultherapy or Thermage better?
Ultherapy targets the deeper SMAS layer and is mainly used for lifting; Thermage FLX heats the skin to improve firmness and texture. Many patients combine them. The doctor decides after checking your face.
How much downtime do laser treatments need?
Lifting devices usually have little or no downtime. Resurfacing lasers such as CO2 can cause redness or crusting for several days, so tell us your flight date before booking.
Can I get laser treatment on a short trip to Seoul?
Yes. Most lifting and toning treatments are done in one visit. We plan stronger lasers earlier in your trip so you have time to recover.
Do foreigners pay more for lasers in Myeongdong?
No. At Umi Clinic international visitors pay the same price as local patients.
