What is Radiesse?

Radiesse is an injectable made of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres in a gel carrier. The gel gives instant structural lift, and as it is absorbed the microspheres stimulate your own collagen, so results can last longer than many HA fillers.

In Seoul it is used for jawline and chin definition, cheek support and, in a diluted “hyperdilute” form, to firm thin or crepey skin on the face, neck and hands. For collagen-building without immediate volume, Sculptra is a common alternative.

Radiesse questions

How is Radiesse different from hyaluronic acid filler?

HA fillers mainly add volume and hydration and can be dissolved. Radiesse is firmer, better for structure, and also stimulates collagen, but it is not reversible in the same way.

Can Radiesse be used under the eyes or in the lips?

No. It is not recommended for the lips or tear troughs. Soft HA fillers are used in those delicate areas.

What is hyperdilute Radiesse?

Radiesse mixed with saline and spread thinly under the skin. It adds little volume but can firm crepey skin over a few months.

Will I see results immediately?

Yes, the lift is visible right away, and skin quality continues to improve as collagen builds.

Do foreigners pay more?
