What is Silhouette Soft?

Silhouette Soft is a thread lift with absorbable cones. Each suture is made of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and carries small bidirectional cones that grip tissue from both ends, allowing the doctor to reposition sagging cheeks and jowls. As the threads and cones dissolve over 12–18 months, PLLA stimulates new collagen.
